We have made the decision to close the front door and phone for 1 hour each lunch-time for operational work.
If there is any emergency then we are still available by calling 07709 271001.
Extended Access & Out of Hours
Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours
Call 111.
Outside of our opening hours it is still possible to speak to a doctor. This service is provided by Herts Urgent Care which grew out of our old co-op and is still non for profit. To contact ‘Out of Hours’ please call: 111. Don’t worry, the number may have changed to 111 but the service is still provided by the old out of hours team! If you would like to discuss medical conditions, or minor health problems in or out of hours, you now also phone 111.
Non-urgent advice: Extended Hours
We offer a range of early morning and evening extended-hours appointments:
– 7:30am to 8:00am Monday, Thursday and Friday
– 6:30pm to 8:15pm Wednesday
These surgeries are on top of all our normal activities and clinics, not instead of! As such we ask that they are used by people who cannot make the routine appointments during the day.
Non-urgent advice: Extended Access
The extended access service continues to offer evening appointments (18:30-20:30) and weekend appointments (Saturday 08:00-17:00) with a GP, nurse, or other healthcare professional.
This service is provided to patients registered at the following surgeries: Dolphin House Surgery and Puckeridge & Buntingford Medical Centre.
