Changing the way you request acute prescriptions

As of 2/2/26 we are removing the online website form used to request acute prescriptions. This is to bring all prescription requests under the same system and link them automatically to your GP record. This should mean it is quicker and easier for you to obtain your medication.

You can still request acute prescriptions via:

SystmOnline

SystmConnect

NHS App

Handwritten clearly on paper and posted through our letterbox/handed in to reception

Via our acute prescription request form available from reception
